I hope you will consider participating in the WOW – Walking on Water
Bridge Walk and Canned Food Drive on the 3rd Hurricane Katrina
Anniversary (Friday, August 29, 2008).

Basically, you come out and walk the Ocean Springs / Biloxi Bridge
anytime from 8 am to 8 pm. So many people are already walking. The
new twist is we ask the walkers to bring canned goods that will be
collected and distributed to organizations like the Salvation Army
and The Lord is My Help.

Throughout the day, donors of the canned goods are eligible for
random prize giveaways while supplies last.

There is no fee to participate. You don't need to pre-register.
There won't be any speeches or presentations. People just show up
with their canned goods and walk the bridge.

Police will be helping direct traffic throughout the day.
